Refund Policy and Request Form
CLT will provide a full refund for tests canceled prior to the original registration deadline. Tests canceled or rescheduled after the original registration deadline has passed are not eligible for refunds. Reach out to info@cltexam.com with any questions.
To receive a refund for an eligible test, please fill out the form below. We will review your request within 5 business days and contact you if we have any questions or need additional information.
What if I am not eligible for a CLT10 or CLT refund?
As long as your test date has not passed, you are welcome to reschedule or transfer this registration. You can reschedule from your student dashboard under the test date. You may also transfer this registration to another student for a future test date by reaching out to info@cltexam.com.
What if I would like to reschedule an untaken CLT3-8 exam?
To place a CLT3-8 reschedule request, please contact info@cltexam.com with your test manager email address and test type(s).
